Dan McDonald, Q.C., FCIArb.
Dan was called to the bars of British Columbia in 1977 and Alberta in 1978. His practice for over 35 years has focused on commercial, energy and securities litigation and arbitration and labour law. Dan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has participated in the Harvard Law School Mediation Workshop.
Dan retired from Burnet, Duckworth and Palmer LLP on January 31, 2021 and commenced practising as an independent arbitrator, mediator and counsel on February 1, 2021.
